[Azure] WorkItem - 移除指定使用者清單

當使用者從 Organization 移除後，Board WorkItem 指定使用者清單仍然會存在，在 Unable to remove previous employees from Azure DevOps Sprint Board Assignment drop-down 討論內找到解法，就故意去選擇該使用者，會出現下圖的錯誤訊息，然後離開 WorkItem 後再進入就會移除
